Process Check: process automation for Swiss SMEs
Frustrated that someone on your team still retypes data that's already in another system?
You already know which task eats time every week. What's open is whether it can be automated.
Bring one task your team did by hand last week. I'll show you which part of it could run automatically.
In the Process Check we look at one of those tasks together. Afterwards you know whether it can be automated and what that would cost.
After 30 minutes you'll know, with a price you can decide on, or take to whoever does.
Ideally a task someone did by hand, from start to finish. By the end of the 30 minutes you know what I'd build and roughly what it would cost.
30 minutes on Microsoft Teams, free.
Free, and with no commitment to a build.
Where the time goes
- Timesheets, receipts or orders arrive by email or on paper, and someone types them in.
- The monthly report gets rebuilt in Excel from several exports, every time.
- There's a ChatGPT subscription. The process itself hasn't changed.
- Someone was asked to "look into AI" and doesn't know where to start.
When a task is a good fit
- It comes up regularly, every week or every day.
- The documents don't look the same each time. The work still repeats.
- The data is already digital somewhere, even if that's an email, a PDF or a spreadsheet.
How the 30 minutes work
- You show me on screen, or just tell me, how the task runs today: where the data comes from, who does what, how often.
- I show you where automation can take over and what stays manual.
- You get the price range before we hang up.
- Afterwards you get it all in a short written summary.
What you'll have after the 30 minutes
Where to start
The task where automation pays off first, and the exact step someone does by hand today.
Whether it's worth it
How often the task comes up, how long it takes each time and who needs the result. That shows you how many hours a build would save.
What the build costs
A price range and a rough timeline. A build afterwards is a separate fixed price.
A written summary
After the call you get a short written summary you can pass on internally.
- A supplier invoice is checked against the delivery note. What matches goes through. Differences land with the person who already reviews them.
- Invoices arrive as PDFs by email, each in a different layout. The fields are read out. Only what someone approves gets booked.
There's no obligation to have anything built.

If you want it built
If a build is worth it, you then get a quote at a fixed price. It states the scope, the tests, the documentation and the handover. You decide after that.
Once it's running
Hosting and running it cost 50 to 150 francs a month, depending on the solution. AI service usage comes on top and depends on how much it's used. You can cancel the running costs at any time.
