A Swiss venture studio for founders and SMEs.
Aurum Avis Labs is a Swiss venture studio in Oberägeri in the canton of Zug. We test product ideas before they become expensive, build the software that proves them, and automate recurring work in Swiss SMEs. We work in German and English.
What we do
For founders, the Product Validation Package is a 12-week sprint. We build a working product, put it in front of real users through paid ads, and finish with a go or no-go answer based on the data. Before a full build, a Landing Page Package can test interest in 1 to 3 weeks.
For SMEs, the Process Check is a 60-minute call on Microsoft Teams for CHF 99. We look at one task your team still does by hand and tell you what could be automated and what it would cost. If you go ahead, we build one clearly bounded workflow at a fixed price, with tests and documentation included.
We also run AI workshops for engineering and business teams, security and data-protection training for whole teams, code reviews against OWASP ASVS, and Web3 consulting on tokenomics and smart contracts.
